Senior Project Manager (India)

Reporting to the Vice President – Engineering you will make a valuable contribution as a team player to the organization’s success in developing opportunities and fulfillment of project and development. You will be based in Vadodara, India.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management of emew metal recovery systems
  • Review of order/contract from clients in coordination with the sales team
  • Responsible for execution of order/contract from receipt to completion of order till get client completion certificate/last payment receipt
  • Responsible to get Basic Engineering (PFD, P&ID, Mass Balance, Energy Balance, Equipment list, Equipment sizing, Utility flow diagram, and material list) as part of the completion of order
  • Responsible to coordinate with procurement team for ordering items as per material list & technical specifications provided to the Procurement team
  • Responsible to get Detailed Engineering (Process specifications sheets, Line list, layout review, review of instrument list & instrument specifications in line with Process requirement, Preparation of operation manual, and process troubleshooting) as part of the completion of order
  • Responsible to do follow up & get delivery of parts/equipment once the procurement team commercially release the order
  • Responsible to manage for inspections of parts /equipment
  • Responsible to get materials from the supplier side to the warehouse
  • Responsible to manage warehouse
  • Responsible to manage/arrange for packing and delivery to the client
  • Technical coordination with clients
  • Commercial co-ordination for order/contract with the sales team
  • Responsible for Supervision of installation of plant
  • Responsible for commissioning of plants & getting a certificate of acceptance for final payment
  • Other duties as deemed appropriate

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Engineering with >5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience in mining, metals, recycling treatment of non-ferrous metals, and hydrometallurgy preferred
  • Management of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
  • Ability to travel frequently with a full unrestricted passport, Travelling might be at client site.
  • Small team management experience
  • The ability to engage with clients and build strong relationships. Demonstrable creativity in solving customer problems
  • Proven track record in the process and project handling

Project Engineer – Electrical (India)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tender specification preparation
  • Review of tender in line with the scope of work.
  • Electrical drawing preparation and review, PLC logic, and VFD principles knowledge is an advantage
  • Technical coordination with client
  • Supervision of installation and commissioning of Plant
  • International codes and standards understanding is added advantage
  • Other duties as deemed appropriate

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
  • Experience 5-7 years in mining, metals, recycling treatment of non-ferrous metals.
  • Ability to travel frequently with a full unrestricted passport, Travelling might be more than 40% internationally and domestic at client site.
  • Small team management experience
  • The ability to engage with and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record in project handling.
  • Demonstrable creativity in solving customer problems

Warehouse Keeper/Logistic Co-ordinator (India)

Reporting to Assistant Manager- Accounts, you will make a valuable contribution as a team player to the organization’s success in developing opportunities and fulfillment of projects and development. You will be based at presently Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Warehouse.
  • Controlling all the Inbound, Outbound, and inventory activities
  • Monitoring of all warehouse activities – receipt and dispatch
  • Coordinate with technical purchase & take up the charge of material once cleared technically at the supplier site
  • Coordinate with suppliers and local transporters for delivery point of view to warehouses including unloading
  • Coordinate with Client for delivery of items /equipment, unloading point of view, and confirmation on safe receipt of materials
  • Responsible for International logistics through DHL – packing, booking, pick-ups and ensure proper documentation & ensure delivery to the client
  • Responsible for international logistic Coordinate with freight forwarder – packing sizes, packing materials ordering, inquiry preparation for freight forwarder, finalizing freight forwarder and issue of order, preparation & providing required documents for export, ensure delivered to the client
  • Maintain reports in Talley
  • Manage stocks of items
  • Support Senior Accountant for GST-related transactions and documents preparation
  • Support Senior Accountant for Preparation of invoice for a local client, exports, and documents related to exports to a freight forwarder
  • Other duties as deemed appropriate

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Experience 5-7 years in handling warehouse, local logistics, DHL international bookings & coordination, international logistic coordination, Tally, GST
